Local Pick Up:
Please email selfcare@caretuals.com to schedule a pick up. Pick up location is in Fullerton, California only.
How long will it take for my order to ship?:
For US customers, please allow 2-4 business days for careful preparation and packaging of your products. If you require something faster email us at selfcare@caretuals.com and we will let you know if that is possible.
For international customers, please allow 2-4 business days as well for shipping. You will receive your items accordingly in a few weeks by distance.
Shipping carrier:
We use USPS flat rate boxes for most of the shipping domestically within US. For international packages we ship by USPS first class international by weight.
Tracking:
You will be provided a USPS tracking number when you get a shipping confirmation email from Caretuals.
